Butterfly Occasions started off as just Butterfly Balloons in 2013 where we provided a personalised balloon service for 5 years.
In 2017 we started to host kids’ parties and offered ‘Fun Foods’ to our customers which became increasingly popular, and we weren’t ready to stop there.
So, in 2019 we bought a company called ‘Ultimate Occasions ‘, soon renamed ‘Butterfly Occasions’, which has allowed us to run our own 5 star rated catering company, provide venue dressing and so much more.
With just a small team of 15 staff, we cover an 80 miles radius from Swindon where we are located, and we love every second of it.

Stuart is Laura's loyal husband and business partner, he is in charge of the equipment side of the business looking after all areas of maintenance and preparation for events as well as being the expert on kegs and pigs!
Sophie joined the team 3 years ago being young and new into events she is now full of knowledge in most areas of the business and in Feb 2022 she came into the business full time supporting Laura leading on networking and of course, workwear as Sophie always looks fabulous!
Sophie is our latest addition to the team, she is learning lots every day on all aspects of the business and is going to be a great asset to our fantastic team!
Zoe is my personal inspiration for being a strong business woman and she brings a positive vibe to the team and all the events she attends. The Master of the TikTok, I know I can always check out her account for a laugh or pick me up moment!
Nicole goes the extra mile to make sure the customer has an amazing time putting her heart and soul into every event, Nicole is a trained nail technician and always looks perfectly turned out.
Darren is the perfect bar man, with an amazing memory for people's favourite drink. Bringing a wealth of experience in the bar trade and customer experience, Darren will ensure that everyone has a great party!
We also have a full team of part time event staff that all bring something individual and fantastic to the team!
